Who are we?

Born in Switzerland, making waves worldwide!
iMusician was founded with a rebellious spirit and a vision to change the tune of the music industry, to open doors in the music industry, giving independent artists and labels the access they deserve. We’re a diverse, international team of DIY musicians, label owners, and industry professionals. Music isn’t just what we do - it’s in our DNA, like a never-ending melody. We understand the daily grind and hustle musicians face because we’re part of that same community. Our goal? To empower DIY musicians to take control of their careers and thrive.

What we do?

We distribute music from independent artists and labels to hundreds of music platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Deezer or Beatport. At iMusician, we believe music should be more than just a passion project. Musicians deserve to be paid. That’s why we’re fighting to ensure equal access to the marketplace, helping you manage, sell, protect, and monetize your music. The more you can sustain yourself, the more you can create - and the world needs your music.

Culture & Office

Berlin is our main hub, where most of our team is based and the energy of our work comes alive. We also have a second office in Zurich, but with remote work at the heart of our culture, many of our employees are spread across the globe, working from different countries. While we embrace remote work as the future, we also know that culture and connection grow when we come together. That's why you can choose to work from a centrally located Coworking office or from your fully equipped home office most of the time. We regularly gather for team events or team office days because collaboration fuels our creativity, just like in the best jam sessions.
